Mondays are typically a rest day, but with a lighter weekend I decided to do a couple of sessions today.
Went out for a lunchtime aerobic run and did an easy aerobic 10km with rolling hills, nothing spectacular, just a bread and butter run session.....

Then in the afternoon I completed a nice 2 x 20 minute sweet spot session on the trainer.
Once again, just some bread and butter stuff. I will aim to get the ave watts for the intervals up a little, but for now the consistency is the goal.
