Did a nice strength session on the bike this morning.

I have planned to do hill repeats with a tempo effort after the repeats on tired legs, but it was too cold, slightly wet and overall not good conditions to be coming down hills regularly. So I changed the session to 3 x 8mins in biggest gear and a 15 min tempo effort after the intervals.

Overall it was a good session and successful in achieving the goal for strength training.


Average temperature was 7 degrees which is not fun!

This was the only session for the day and my CTL is progressing nicely to 92.4, which is right on track.
