12 weeks to go weekly plan....

So the plan for this week to to continue on pushing my bike FTP and swim strength.

Running will back off in intensity this week as I focus on these two, plus I am running as the 4 min/km pacer in a local 10km race as part of running event on Sunday. There is a marathon, half marathon, 10k, 5k and I though it was a good chance to do a race, (free of charge!) and keep the motivation levels up.

I will knock out a few k's before the race to lock in the pacing and then finish of with another lap or so of the course so that I can get a good 25-28km of running in.

So the plan for this week.....
