I normally do my regular run session on Friday mornings but with Kona looming and also being a non wetsuit swim I will be schedulling at least one weekday swim as a quality session as this is something which have neglected in the past, but won't get away with that in Kona.
I hit a nice 4km swim at 6am and then off to work for a second breakfast which was definitely the right option because there was a pea soup fog and light rain in the morning and the indoor pool was moocher appealing!

I planned to try and get a Mona's fartlek run session in at lunchtime however I had to go to parent teacher interviews for my eldest daughter and the afternoon was no chance. Friday afternoons after work are not a good time to train for me, I'm usually looking for a cold beer or cider and putting the feet up ready for the weekend!
So apart form the swim nothing else to report.
